Dinner

We are pleased to provide free dinner for up to two representatives per table. Dinner will be served from 4:30-5:30 pm ahead of the start time for the fair.

Please let us know how many representatives will eat dinner with us.

Table Placement

We will provide you with a 6 foot table and two chairs free of charge. You will want to provide your own table covering. Please note any table placement requests below (e.g. near an outlet, located near similar programs). We will do our best to accommodate these requests, but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to. We are charged for every outlet requested whether it is used or not, so please only request an outlet if you know you will require access to electricity.

The LBJ Student Center ballroom has free guest WiFi but the signal can be patchy and is not secured.

While we do not charge exhibitors a fee to participate in our Health Professions Programs Fair, we will not be able to cover the cost of your parking, so please budget $5-10 for parking for the evening. Additional information including directions to the fair and instructions for parking will be provided closer to the date.
